How is the license bound to a customer?
Each customer enters their NinjaTrader Machine ID once. The license server validates Machine ID + product on every request from the strategy.
Can a customer change the Machine ID?
By default the field is one-time write. To rebind, the customer contacts support and an admin updates it from the panel.
Do you support multiple strategies?
Yes. The store lists all active strategies, each with its own Stripe price and downloadable asset. Licenses are issued per strategy automatically.
Where is everything hosted?
On your own Ubuntu VPS — Next.js portal, Express license server, SQLite database, Nginx + TLS. No third-party lock-in beyond Stripe.
